1.1. Eligibility:

2.4. Saving in your Account
You do not incure any charges for saving funds in your account over a long period of time.

We are totally not liable for the Charges encountered while Depositing funds into your account through wallet to wallet method or any other funding method..
3.1:
You are entitled to withdraw funds From your account at your disposal except for funds that are invested in an investment Portfolio which is yet to expire. Withdrawals can commence after your investment portfolio duration expires.
3.2. INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO ACTIVATION
When you authorize and activate your investment, you can not pause or cancel such investment portfolios until its duration expires.
3.3 ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You can see details of your account on your account’s friendly user-dashboard interface. Account transaction statements or receipt and status such as deposits, withdrawals, confirmations, amount invested, amount earned, date of each transaction, portfolios used, are also seen on the user dashboard
3.4 REVERSALS AND CANCELLATION
You cannot cancel, reverse, or change any transaction marked as complete. A complete transaction is set to have the successful mark, therefore review your transactions before you authorize them.
Account to account transfers are supported as long as the both accounts are registered in the company.

A customer Is entitled to lodge complaints in line with inadequate operation or rendering of services, including improper processing of Transactions.
5.2. FORMAL COMPLAINT PROCESS.
If you have a complaint with CBOP Investment , you agree to first contact CBOP Investment through our support team to attempt to resolve any such dispute amicably. If we cannot resolve the dispute through CBOP Investment Support, you agree to use the Formal Complaint Process below before any arbitration claim or small claims action, You must complete the Formal Complaint Process before filing any arbitration or small claims action. If you do not complete it, then you agree that your claim or action must be dismissed from arbitration or small claims court..
5.3.
A complaint may be reported by sending an e-mail to the address provided by the Service Provider on the Website, via the Website or in writing to the address of the Service Provider’s registered office.
A complaint shall include:
data enabling identification and contact with the User,
a description of the action or omission in question,
the manner in which the User would like the Service Provider to consider the complaint;
any other information the User considers relevant.
5.4. PROCEDURAL STEPS.
